C++ Senior Developer

You will play a key role in the development of our innovative, enterprise class real-time trading systems for the financial industry. You will be involved in all aspects of our enterprise software design, development and implementation, including low-level core kernel distributed communication algorithms, business-modeling engine design, and object oriented database system architecture. You will be on the cutting edge of real-time system development and will face exciting technical challenges.

We are looking for candidates with outstanding technical skills. You must have great experience architecting and developing software solutions to solve complex, real-time, business problems.

Required skills:

1: Comprehensive experience and understanding of the entire software lifecycle;
2: Previous experience in large financial application design and development, especially trade OMS/EMS experience;
3: Heavy experience with message-oriented middleware, PUB/SUB and socket programming;
4: Large-scale OOADP background in C++ programming language;
5: Proficient in FIX protocol and its application within front-end and back-end office applications.

Programmer

Program for both internal and external uses of complex electronic trading systems. Program for applications involving stock (Equity/Option) trading front-end GUI with VC++/MFC for US stock markets, including real-time Level I/II quote, ECN Books, Time&Sale prints, historical & real time charts, position management, and other components. Program in C++ for multithreaded container server which utilizes subscribe/publish model to load DLLs at run-time through parsing XML configuration file. Collaborate with business managers to analyze and customize Financial Information eXchange ("FIX") protocol to define message specifications. Work with market analysts and traders to modularize trading strategy into programmable model, and to program the model using C++ based integrative supporting infrastructure. Reduce life-cycle of developing automatic trading programs and bring them live through the design and development of an API library with C++/C/STL, which encapsulates low-level TCP/IP Sockets network communication, customized FIX protocol, complex data structure and control of the messages flow. Conduct systems performance tuning and debugging.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Computer Science and 2 years of experience. Thorough knowledge of C/C++/STL, Win32 APIs, RPC/SIP(Session Initiation Protocol), FIX, CORBA.
